Bring on the sun and summer with this bright and warm cocktail. This drink combines the tropical flavors of pineapple, tart lemons and warm bourbon for a light and refreshing Pineapple Bourbon Sour. - 4 oz. pineapple juice
- 2 oz. bourbon
- 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 oz. Grand Marnier liqueur (or triple sec)
- 1 tbsp simple syrup
- Pineapple wedge and pineapple palm leaf for garnish
Fill a large cocktail shaker with ice and add pineapple juice, bourbon, lemon juice, Grand Marnier and simple syrup. Shake well. Strain into cocktail glass filled with ice. Garnish with pineapple wedge and palm leaf and finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
