Ocean City Theatre Company offers fall classes

According to the Ocean City Theatre Company (OCTC), you are never too old to learn a new trick.

OCTC will be hosting a variety of classes for kids and kids at heart, ranging from a musical theater dance class for adults, musical theater styles for older kids, and adult acting classes.

These classes will meet one day a week for five weeks. All classes will be held at 1501 West Avenue.

The “Musical Theatre Styles for Youth” classes will be held on Mondays from October 6- November 2. This class is intended for kids in eighth to twelfth grades. This class will teach some performance techniques as well as cover some production numbers.

The “Musical Theater Dance for Adults” class will meet on Tuesdays from October 6 to November 3. In this class, you will learn the “Broadway” style of dance.

The “Adult Acting Class” will be held on Thursdays from October 8- November 5. This class will focus on scene work and monologues.
