BL England Smokestack Implosion

Today was the day. At 10am, the smokestack that has so long been part of our view down the shore was imploded. It was the last big remaining piece of the former BL England power plant in Beesley’s Point, NJ, removed to make way for new development. The BL England plant has been on that land since the 1960s.
