9th & West under construction
Beginning tomorrow, Friday, October 27, a construction project will begin on West Avenue at the intersection of 9th and West. The intersection will be closed for several weeks. The project will affect traffic on both West Avenue and 9th Street. Everyone is asked to avoid this area and follow all posted detours.
