Easter in OCNJ is pear trees in bloom, a warm breeze tickling your skin, and loads of shops and restaurants coming alive again after a quick winter nap. For some, this is the first time back on the sand, and for others, it’s the first time in a while they’re on the boards without a hat and gloves.
