How’s the market right now in OC? Is there room for smaller investors?
As we reach peak summer, Ocean City is alive and the market is active. We are having a busy season and enjoying many buyers and tenants in town. When sale listings are priced well, they are moving quickly. With interest rates at all time lows, this is a great time to buy or refinance. Ocean City is the perfect place for small investors. Here at Goldcoast Sotheby’s International Realty we market luxury properties at every price point. An investor can come in and purchase a property and rent it while having the ability to enjoy it off season. Does it get any better than that?
I really want to own a house in OC but I have no idea how to do it. Do I need a fully-hatched plan before I see you, or can you help me formulate a plan?

We look at our clients as our family and are grateful to have lifelong relationships with each and every one of them.
What do you do to recharge your batteries?
We sell a lifestyle here in Ocean City so we have to remember to live that lifestyle every once in a while and get out on the boat or to the beach. In the off season, spending time in Philadelphia, NYC or traveling with family always invigorates me and empowers me to come home to the office and hit the ground running. Being active and eating well is also key to balance and having my batteries fully charged!
If you could have lunch with any living person, who would it be?
Deepak Chopra…. I would love to absorb as much of his knowledge and wisdom as possible. Mindset, gratitude, positive thinking and living in the moment are all keys elements to my life and very important to me as I grow as a person and leader.
